Kaizen’s Knowledge Centre is one of the strong work horses of Kaizen 4front technologies. Kaizen’s knowledge Centre supports Kaizen and its clients by providing high quality learning services which help them realize their potential within the organization, Kaizen knowledge centre also impacts Kaizen’s organizational processes by providing value through learning and knowledge services.
Kaizen’s knowledge centre offers training services in three main areas:
1: Future-connect: Flagship program of K4T which mainly focuses on bridging the gap between industry and academia. The course focuses on teaching latest technologies like .net and J2EE. The entire course is based on a unique case study approach which enables the participant to learn software engineering skills and technology implementation at various levels of the project. To promote awareness on Future connect, training and marketing team of K4T have conducted several technical workshops and sponsored many events at various colleges in and around Mysore.
We have successfully trained around 30 students on this course and have successfully placed students in some of the leading corporate in India viz. Mar labs, Excel soft, L&T InfoTech and Aditi technologies.
2: Corporate Training: We are the pioneers in the area of corporate training. We offer a wide array of services in this domain. These services are delivered by experts in the domain. We draw on a base of in-house and external professional consultants to deliver technical trainings that are customized to our customer needs. These trainings would be organized at our customer’s venue or at our location. We follow a professional training execution process. We have successfully trained around 600 employees at Wipro on software engineering practices and around 60 employees at excel-soft on technologies like SQL-Server, HTML, DHTML, CSS and Java script.
3: On-campus Training: Kaizen’s on-campus training helps in improvising employability ratio of students who are aspiring to get into IT-companies. On-campus training focuses on strengthening skills of students in areas like aptitude, soft-skills and technical skills much needed by the industry. The curriculum and the contents of this training have been made after a detailed study on the industry hiring procedures and their expectations of the candidate during the hiring process. Very recently we have successfully completed one such program for Amritha college of Arts and Science at Mysore. As the good outcome of the program students who participated in the same have been successfully placed in companies like infosys and TCS. |
